Borshch is not Russian, it’s traditional Ukrainian dish, which is even recognized officially.

The Borsch isn`t a russian dish, but the ukrainian. Thinking of borsch as a russian dich is a very big mistake. Borsch always were the disch of Ukrainian cuisine.

I don’t think that Pho Ga can be set in the list of soup. I travel to Vietnam once they also have the kind of soup made from rice named “Cháo”. Moreover, they also have the Soup named Soup Oc Heo made form a special soup and have a few spices of pig’s brain. Thanks for your share, I will try to have one of these after the COVID.

Hi there. I’m vegetarian. Can I sub tofu (firm or extra firm) for the 1 cup of ground pork? Or since tofu is a bit watery by nature (even after pressing it) will it just not do right in the wonton filling?
