@Faim de Voyages – Oh yes, a heavy backpack makes any trek a LOT harder. I found that out the hard way too 🙂

We are just coming back from a one-day trekking across the inca trail in Argentina. It was a wonderful but difficult experience with our backpacks. We think that will do shorter trails with backpacks or longer without backpack 🙂
