In reply to J White. HI Joe, not a silly question at all. And no, there are no parts you have to worry about if you're afraid of heights. There's a point you can go to for a photo opp close to the edge of a cliff, but this is optional and off the trail a bit.

In reply to David R.. I live in the UK and we are Europeans as well. We do not have our bodies on display. The body is not a dirty thing but there are some things we simply do not need to see. If clothes aren;t important then why do you wear them on the streets?

I just returned from a 6-day bike trip in Hawaii. Five people in the group: 2 long-time married couples and me. Everyone much stronger cyclists except one of the wives, who rode an e-bike so she could keep up with her husband. I’m perfectly happy riding alone, but other group activities, such as eating, were excruciating. I like many aspects of a group tour but the reality made me want to go it alone next time.
