As for Ostend I too have not surprisingly never heard of it but it certainly seems like somewhere to make sure i see during my trip.

Oostende looks like a good place for that. The appetizer dish looks like a work of art. The hubby would LOVE the sardine ice cream at Savarin, but I’m sure I could find plenty to enjoy in the 7 courses.
