First steps tutorial

Our first steps help file and our FAQ will help you a lot after registration. They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy. You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold contributing here and assume good faith for the intentions of others. This is a wiki ‒ it is really easy.

Goodies, tips and tricks
  • Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your Graphics abilities.
  • All your uploads are stored in your personal Gallery
  • Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~
  • Use the CommonSense tool to find good categories for your files (then other people can find them too!)

Esa foto fue un caso curioso. Las páginas están en letón o algo así. La licencia viene donde pone Detailid, en Õigused: si pone "Attribution-sharealike" es cc-by-sa. Buena fe vs. gazmoñería

¿"usar simplemente en su página de usuario de forma no activa"? Retórica pura y dura. Explícame por favor lo de la buena fe, que no lo entiendo. Le pedí explicaciones y no quiso darlas, le advertí al respecto y me ignoró.

Me olvidaba. Dices que "En el caso de que la imagen se utilizara expresamente para atraer la atención sobre el tema sí tendría sentido tu argumentación, pero mientras tanto, creo que se debería aplicar la presunción de buena fe." Es peor: ha usado todo el asunto para lograr su profecía autocumplida y continuar con el acoso y derribo a la comunidad de Wikipedia en su blog. ¿Esto te parece aceptable? ¿Puedes defenderlo?   • Aludes a la campaña pro fair use que varios usuarios mantienen. No es comparable: Al2 y otros muchos buscan principalmente hacer spam de rebelion.org, que es justo el motivo por el que el sitio está en la lista antispam.
  • ¿Y para qué necesita la imagen en su particular intifada? Para dos cosas: hacer más visible su publicidad y escapar al control de los admins de es:.

Se le ha visto el plumero de mala manera. En lugar de discutir, se ha empeñado en lograr el bloqueo. Luego se ha ido a su blog a autocompadecerse, pero ha tenido a bien chivarlo a rebelion.org (en cuya portada aparece enlazada). Sobre el desvanecimiento de los derechos de autor

Que haya libertad de panorama no hace que los derechos de autor se desvanezcan. Que alguien (por cierto, seguramente violando los derechos de autor) haya reproducido a Homer Simpson en el lateral de un quiosco no implica que el copyright de Matt Groening se haya desvanecido mágicamente. ¿Estás familiarizado con COM:DW? ¿Prefieres que reponga el {{Derivative}} o abro una consulta de borrado? Veo que has consultado C:DW y que incluso has copiado en la página de Dodo "Note that in most countries, freedom of panorama does not cover two-dimensional artworks such as murals" pero acabas concluyendo "Por lo tanto, la imagen aún seguiría cumpliendo con los requisitos para permanecer en Commons" [1]. Si me permites que responda yo a la prengunta, creo que no debes tomar a broma esa preocupación por los derechos de autor. Saludos. --Javier ME (talk) 09:02, 24 September 2008 (UTC)
Me parece estupendo que consultes las páginas de ayuda y discutas con otros usuarios las acciones con las que discrepes. Es la forma normal por la que aprendemos aspectos que a veces son complejos. En cuanto a la respuesta que te di, me refería a la pregunta que habías hecho el día anterior en la página de Dodo "¿Me lo tengo que tomar a broma?" (te pongo el enlace por si no te acuerdas). El borrado de imágenes derivadas de obras protegidas no hay que tomarlo a broma, porque evita a Commons problemas de derechos de autor. Me limité a borrar una imagen que ya había sido subida antes y borrada con anterioridad. ¿Quieres explicaciones? Allá van: obra de arte expuesta temporalmente en público (no aplica la libertad de panorama). ¿Hay permiso de los autores? No que yo vea. Por tanto, {{Derivative}}.

Y no insistas en personalizar las acciones de los demás. Te enlazaría con el equivalente a WP:NAP aquí, pero ¿para qué? Lo sabes de sobras. Estás citando la ley que ampara el derecho a la información. Hay un gran trecho de eso a una licencia libre (como la CC-BY-SA), que permite su uso para cualquier fin siempre que se respeten las restricciones de licencia, y no "sólo en la medida que lo justifique dicha finalidad informativa".
Lo siento, pero no voy a seguir discutiendo al respecto, máxime cuando insiste en atribuirme mala fe (una pena que no hayas visto que junto con esa, borré varias docenas de imágenes re-subidas: periódicamente reviso mis logs para ver quién insiste). Te animo a buscar terceras opiniones al respecto si crees que sigues teniendo razón.
